Subscription Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (the “Agreement”) that governs the Sugar Feather subscription (“Subscription Services”) provided by Sugar Feather (“Sugar Feather”, “we”, “our”) to you (“you” or “yours”).
The Subscription Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. We also have other policies. Those policies contain additional terms and conditions, which may apply to the Subscription Services and are integral part of this Agreement. YOUR USE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Subscription Services and/or our website (the “Site”).

SUBSCRIPTION TERM
A subscription term varies from 1 month to more. Based on the item with subscription, lbs or items of it will vary.. All new subscriptions will start on the day the item is received. Shipping days vary but are usual Tuesday.
CANCELLATIONS
Please either contact Customer Service to cancel your subscription or cancel them on your customer dashboard. It’s best to cancel your subscription after your last invoice or one week before your next charge.
CLAIMS & MISSING ISSUES
Claims for missing issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please know claims are not automatically honored. Claims will only be honored once. After one claim has been fulfilled, any subsequent claim will be at our discretion and may incur shipping and handling fees.
If a subscriber or agency shows a pattern of submitting multiple claims for a single issue or volume, the claim(s) may be denied altogether.
Claims received before the print date or during the transit time of delivery will be void. Any claims arising from a subscriber’s change of address are also void if the subscriber did not provide a new address to Customer Service prior to the claimed issue being shipped.
INVOICING
Renewal notices, or our pro forma invoices for future transactions, are mailed shortly before the current volume or subscription is set to expire.
When payment is not returned with the renewal notice, we will process the renewal request, an invoice will be mailed the following month.
PAYMENTS
Payment will be accepted by check, Visa, or MasterCard, Paypal. Check is only offered for states closed by Vermont.
If there is a past due balance on the account, we reserve the right to either apply payment to the past due balance or suspend service of the new order until the past due balance is paid.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Considerations for refunds are determined only on a case-by-case basis
SHIPPING
Our publications are shipped via the United States Post Service every Tuesday.
If we experience repeated problems shipping to an address we have on file or if mail is returned to us, the subscription account will be suspended and no further issues will be served until we are provided a new address. We will make every attempt to contact you or your representative to correct this matter prior to suspending your account.
Fees, Refunds, and Charges
Subscription Fees.
Paypal or Stripe shall pay for all subscription fees, and hereby authorizes Sugar Feather (and its payment processors) to debit Client’s bank account or charge Client’s credit card, as stated on Client’s channel subscription and billing page. The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, sales tax, services tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency except those taxes based on Sugar Feather’s net income. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse Sugar Feather upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold Sugar Feather harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client’s failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.
Cancellation Policy.
Sugar Feather acknowledges that all subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Client cancels their channel subscription (both month-to-month and annual plans). The client may cancel their subscription by logging into their Sugar Feather Account Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You must email support before the payment due date listed with your account plan’s billing page. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help.
For monthly dues being paid, you must contact the administrator of the channel to have you removed from the channel, cancel your account, or unsubscribe from the channel.
Third-Party Charges.
Client shall directly pay the fees and charges for all third party vendors whose services Client uses in connection with the Services (e.g., internet access providers, telephone carriers, etc.). In addition to any fees charged by Sugar Feather, Sugar Feather reserves the right to charge the Client for any regulatory or governmental fees, contributions, or other charges that are legally required or assessed.
